Busy North County law firm specializing in medical malpractice defense seeks an experienced legal assistant who is energetic, motivated, detail-oriented and good at multi-tasking to assist two to three lawyers. Duties include: scheduling meetings and depositions; maintaining and updating attorney calendars; preparing pleadings for court filing (State and Federal) and service; preparing and serving discovery documents; preparing correspondence to clients; organize mail and timely respond to e-mails, handle telephone calls with clients, opposing counsel, court clerks, court reporters, etc. Fun and collegial atmosphere.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
