POSITION & JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Welder/Fabricator

Pay Range: Based on Experience

Reports to: Shop Forman

Works 40+ hours per week. Occasional weekend work
Attendance Requirements: required

Travel: None

Essential Job Functions:

• Mig, Flux Core, Spray Welding Process
• Fast Pace
• Safety Mindset
• On time and dependable

Working Conditions:

• Occasionally may be required to work in a plant or field atmosphere as needed based on necessary duties and requirements of the position. Interaction with other crew employees, as well as superiors.
• May be required to work in plant or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department or client for personal protection

Physical Conditions:

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities to communicate effectively
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observation which permits employee to investigate
• Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to perform necessary duties
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform field duties and travel when necessary
