SB Specialty Metals LLC has a immediate openings for operators of centerless bar grinding equipment in our Vandalia OH Master Distribution Center. This is a 2nd shift position. This position will be responsible for the setup and grinding bar stock on Cincinnati Centerless grinding machines. We are willing to train a candidate with mechanical aptitude. This position is full time and is 5 eight hour days Monday through Friday. Starting pay at $21.00 per hour with opportunity to earn an additional $2/hr based on pre-determined metrics.

Our qualifications are as follows:

Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preference will be given to 2+ years experience on bar stock grinding setup/operator

Mechanical Abilities a must!

Strong mathematical skills

Familiar with decimals & fractions

Must have ability to measure & read instruments.

Candidate should have flexibility to work first or second shift although the opening is currently for first shift, Monday through Thursday with overtime as required.
