Registered Nurse must present knowledge of chronic disease process & management, excellent nursing assessment skills, experience in nursing procedures (IV, wound care, catheter care, ostomy/ileostomy care etc.)
Registered Nurse must display critical thinking skills, be proactive, able to communicate and teach patients, and lead interdisciplinary team towards achieving positive clinical outcomes.
Home health care nursing offers greater job autonomy and time flexibility.
