Full Job Description
Growing Manhattan Youth Sports Company is looking for a high performer, high energy, get it done, resourceful assistant. A warm people person who can also keep the everyday daily operations of the office running smoothly. This person will work directly with the President of the company as well as independently. This person must be punctual. Experience with sports / leisure industry and athletics is a bonus. This is a position in which the candidate will work remotely. We really care about our kids/students and we want this position being filled to share the same attitude too.
· Respond to emails in a timely manner
· Answering phone and providing appropriate responses to inquiries from customers
· Scheduling work schedules for Coaches/Instructors
· Keeping accurate files and data entry to database
· New business development – Reaching out to new schools/organizations with the ability to expand and grow company
· Marketing and social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, etc..)
- Any other duties as assigned
Compensation to be discussed in interview.
Qualifications
Must be detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required. The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times, possess a high level of professionalism, be customer service driven with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, and demonstrate an ability to proactively raise questions and take on responsibility. Must be forward thinking and anticipate challenges, responding to them quickly and completely; is a people person and a team player; has a passion for learning; is organized, detail oriented; is vocal and enjoys sharing ideas.

- Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)
- Work authorization (Required)
- Must be Fluent in English
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in office coordination, management, administration, or similar
- Able to work remotely
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
