Office Assistant Job at Linwood Auto Sales
We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to handle administrative tasks and provide staff adequate support to perform work duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office assistant ensures smooth running systems in our company's office and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Calling customers to communicate past due balances
- Sending out follow up letters, emails, and texts to customers
- Interacting with and assisting customers at location
- Scanning documents
- Sending weekly records to accounting
- Submitting timely weekly/monthly reports
This position will be Monday-Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM with an hour lunch, totaling 30 hours a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
