Position Description

Our Business Development and Marketing Team has a core focus to provide proactive business development, marketing, and awareness generation for Integrus. We rely on our expertise and team collaboration to be successful in these goals. This position is an opportunity to contribute to the creative and dynamic process to further the team core focus.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Team in the development of responses to request for qualifications, interview presentations, a variety of brochures and marketing materials, award submittals, as well as promotional activities, project photography coordination, and social media such as twitter.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral, full-time team member in the:

  • Production and crafting of proposals and interview materials, including technical writing, editing and document management through final production,
  • Research background materials and interpret proposal requirements to prepare responses,
  • Support teams in award submittals, project photography, and academic and professional articles,
  • Creation of compelling graphics, brochures, and marketing materials,
  • Crafting and generating social media content,
  • Maintenance and development of marketing systems and records.

Many of the activities required for this position are deadline-driven, complex, self-directed and require deep and genuine collaboration with the marketing and business development team alongside the architectural staff and firm leadership.

Please note this is NOT a Digital Marketing Focused position. Successful candidates will have more experience with writing and development of articles, proposals and similar documents than social media or digital marketing experience.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in creating content for targeted audiences preferred.
  • Writing and graphic editing experience.
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and graphic skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Position Preferences

  • An understanding of the architectural, engineering, and/or construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - specifically InDesign and Photoshop, as well as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Salary Range

This position offers $56,000 - $81,000 per year with a midpoint at $68,000. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience and market.
