SUMMARY OF POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. At least 5 years experience as a project manager and experience in construction is required. Candidates should be reliable, have a high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability and possess a high school diploma or GED. However, an Engineering, Construction Management or Business degree is preferred. Candidates must be able to work in a professional office environment Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with site visits, as required.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take-off plan quantities.

- Request subcontractor and vender pricing.

- Assemble complete and accurate project estimates.

- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders.

- Manage projects from start to completion including, subcontractor and vendor purchasing, invoicing, cost tracking and profitability.
