Derby Store Manager in Training Job at Ultra Modern Pool & Patio
Ultra Modern Pool & Patio, is a 65 year old retail company with three locations in the Wichita area. Voted Best of Wichita 2022 for Pool and Spa companies! We specialize in hot tubs, saunas, patio furniture, grills, build above ground pools, fiberglass and vinyl inground swimming pools.
Ultra Modern is seeking a full-time design minded Store Manager for our Derby location. This is an ideal position for an individual with a strong luxury sales background, and a passion for patio and backyard design. This also includes learning all aspects of the store, including water car and parts. Must be willing to go after the sale and network with others to gain community relationships. Employee will be responsible for opening and closing the store and will be the lead for 2-3 people in-season. Must be a team player, willing to train and utilize a proven sales program, be energetic and enthusiastic, possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Hourly pay plus commission. Weekends required. Off-site show participation required (i.e. Home Show, State Fair).
