A Day in the Life

On any given day at Frandsen Dental you can expect to encounter the following:

• Arriving at 8:30 to be ready to go at 9:00
• Working with a driven team of 1 other assistant
• Caring for patients who are craving happy & healthy smiles
• Working in an office that loves to have fun
• Treating every patient like they are part of your family

What Winning Looks Like:

• We support you in winning by reviewing metrics related to sterilization protocols, treatment case acceptance, reappointment rate, and meeting provider production goals weekly and providing in office support and training to set you up to succeed!
