POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lewiston, ID

Pay Range: 15-17

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

This job will be Saturday and Sunday at our Clearwater Composting location.

The right person for this job is the person who is able to learn quickly and work under little supervision. We are looking for someone who will be able to own this position as the face of the company for our weekend customers. This is a seated position that requires use within our CORE software system to log weights and direct incoming traffic. Main Responsibilities

· Update truck and driver activity using the CORE software system to accurately reflect the movement of the trucks in order to identify issues with truck or divers making an on-time delivery

· Communicate with staff and customers regarding any service issues

· Generate and provide reports using CORE

· Provide exceptional customer service by creating and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers

· Respond quickly and professionally to any community inquiries made by phone, email or in-person

· Maintain an organized and clean work environment

· Maintain a professional appearance

Required Qualifications

· Ability to operate computers and computer programs, including but not limited to Google Suite and Microsoft Office

· Demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently complete tasks

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong documentation skills

· Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

· Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

· Background check results satisfactory to LSI

· Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

· One (1) year office experience

Physical Requirements

· Lift and maneuver 15 pounds frequently

· Lift, push, pull, bend, reach, twist, stoop, etc.

· Must be able to work in noise and use and all weather conditions

· Stand or sit for at least 8 hours
