Cornerstone Photography in Moorpark is seeking one Full-time customer service team member to work in an energetic fast-paced environment. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients both in person and on the phone.

Job duties include answering phones, confirming appointments, assisting customers on the phone with ordering, greeting and checking in our clients, helping families and seniors prepare for their portrait session, processing orders with quality control, and more.

The winning candidate will need to have good writing and language skills. This position is the voice and face of our studio, and we are looking for an upbeat, well-spoken candidate that is ready to serve the client.

This is a full-time position that could grow into other more challenging roles at the studio if desired.

Must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month during busy seasons. Overtime is also required during our busy seasons.

Skills and requirements:

· Computer savvy. You must be able to quickly learn new programs. If you struggle with computers, then this is not the position you are looking for.

· Bi-lingual is not necessary but is certainly welcomed.

· Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and management.

· Self-starter that does not need micro-managing.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· We desire a team member that enjoys working with others and has an upbeat personality.
