Natoli Engineering is seeking machine operators to join our 1st and 2nd shift crews. Shifts are 5:00AM to 1:30PM, and 1:00PM to 9:30PM weekdays. Our growing company specializes in high precision parts in the fast paced pharmaceutical industry. There is a lot of opportunity for growth for team players. At this phase in our growth, we are looking for open minded candidates who are willing to help in the development of processes for our niche operation. Team play and work ethic are top characteristics we look for in candidates, as this stage of our operation requires seamless collaboration.

Pay will be discussed during the interview process, and is negotiable depending upon experience.

• Machinist Job Duties: *

• Plans machining by reviewing work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Shop floor programming for simple parts and for custom tooling and fixtures.
• Sets-up mills by installing and adjusting vises, fixtures and tools.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
• Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying management when repairs are needed.

• Machinist Skills and Qualifications: *

• 3 years CNC Machining experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent - Formal training a plus
• Experience Horizontal Mill and Pallet Pool a plus.
• Screw Machine, Wire EDM, and Surface Grinding experience a plus
• Setting and adjusting boring bars for precision stainless steel and aluminum parts
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, SolidCam a plus
• Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications
• Reading and using various measurement equipment, and blue prints
• Good communication skills
• Must have a great attitude and be a team player
• Attention to detail and help keep shop clean and in order

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
