Brewer & Winemaker Assistant Job at Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery
Beverage Art Inc is looking for some new members of our dynamic team to grow with our company. We are leaders in the Chicago area for wine beer making classes and home of Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery. We are seeking individuals interested in helping with production and our classes. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for fermentation science and loves to help customers. Knowledge of home brewing, and winemaking a big plus. Motivated individual have great potential for advancement in our growing company and expanding their knowledge of brewing and winemaking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with brewing and winemaking classes.
Managing our customers production on beer, wine and mead.
Retail sales of beer & wine making supplies.
Understanding of and implementation of cleaning and sanitation systems to ensure quality wine, beer and mead.
Keep retail, classroom, areas clean and organized to set standards.
Shipping & receiving retail and wholesale orders.
Stock retail Shelves.
Work Weekends

Clean & sanitize to high standard
Knowledge of home brewing and winemaking.
Organizational the ability to organize equipment and materials.
Ability to understand label instructions and measures.
Ability to follow written procedures and maintain standards.
Requirements:
Some beer & winemaking experience.
High School diploma or GED.
