Stark Truss is currently seeking a Yardman – Forklift/Tow Motor Operator to join our team in our busy truss manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a team oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to grow. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing building materials and inspecting finished goods. Experience in the building trades preferred but not required. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: This is a Full-Time position with a starting pay range of $13 - $17 per hour. Higher starting wage for individuals who: speak, read and write in Spanish (Bilingual)

In addition to hourly compensation employees are eligible for * Shipping Bonuses!* Schedule is Monday thru Friday and opportunities for overtime pay.

Shifts: 1st shift 7AM-3PM

FORKLIFT DUTIES:
¬Duties mostly preformed in outside conditions regardless of weather
¬Lifting/moving objects in combination with other Lifts (Compound Lift)
¬Lifting/moving/unloading oversized material

INCLUDES FOLLOWING JOB TASKS:
¬ Press Helper, Truss Assembler, Wall Assembler, Lumber Gatherer,
Saw Operator, Saw Catcher, Plate Puller, Yardman/Forklift Operator,
Bander, Clean-up

WORKING CONDITIONS:
¬ Alternating job tasks.
¬ Work both inside and outside. Inside not completely temperature controlled
– cold in winter, hot in summer.
