The new Workforce Services & Solutions (WSS) marketing organization is looking for an experienced marketer and self-starter who can bring customer insights and market dynamics to deliver powerful stories to Enterprise customer through compelling content and initiatives.

In this role as an Initiative Marketing Manager for Enterprise Services, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and help accelerate growth of one of the company’s most successful businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights led B2B initiatives and creative assets that directly tie into the business goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships and collaboration with business, portfolio and market-marketing partners.
  • Orchestrate marketing content creation for customer facing activities such as ABM, social, content syndication, and sales activities.
  • End to end project management, agency briefs, and building best practices
  • Collaborate and manage creative agencies

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven track record in insights and data led planning that informs world class briefs and creative.
  • Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of social marketing, content marketing and media.
  • Budget planning and process management accountability and problem solving.
  • Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations.
  • Ability to think creatively while basing ideas in strategy and data.
  • Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly (proficient use of Excel) and recommend actions based on that data.


Impact/Scope:

  • Typically supports the manager and drives the most prominent services within the business. This includes planning through to execution.
  • Mentors and leads other members of the organization both within the team as well as to partner organizations.
  • Interacts with senior executives within business groups and regions concerning matters of significance to the company.
  • Influences peers and managers within the region, function, or business group.


Complexity:

  • High – Extensive cross- functional/cross-organizational senior management, partner and/or customer interface; deals with complex strategic issues.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (master's degree or equivalent preferred).
  • 7+ years of work experience in related field.

Per the California statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is between $120 000 - $140 000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
