Warehouse Traffic Department CSR Job at Signature Contingent Management
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Maintain daily communication with clients, transportation partners, and any other traffic needed to keep warehouse day to day going.
- Receiving new client inbound orders & creating jobs/tracking in our system
- Daily tracking of inbound containers on water/rail/road to the facility
- Scheduling inbound deliveries into the facility
- Communicate any issues upon receiving into warehouse (out of franchise weights, damage, arranging infestation treatments)
- Communicate any issues upon loading out of warehouse (driver scheduling, setting up shipments based on customer specification, ii
- Inventory management & discrepancy reconciliation
- Manage PGS in-house inventory system AND our customer inventory system
- Reviewing & Sending Inventory reporting (Storage confirmations, BOLs, etc.)
- Invoicing Customers
- Needs to show critical thinking skills & problem solving on the fly

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm occasional Saturdays, expected OT during periods of high volume
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
