Position Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to work at our federal customer site in Lakewood, CO.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Pick up, sort, and deliver mail to appropriate federal employees.
  • Prepare mail and packages for pickup by carriers/delivery services.
  • Track overnight and ground mail.
  • Perform minor copy machine service and maintenance.
  • Prepare various reports (i.e., copy machine usage, vehicle mileage).
  • Responsible for logging incoming work orders and closing out completed jobs.
  • Answer PBX (switchboard) and route calls to correct departments.
  • Coordinate international calls.
  • Answer TTY calls.
  • Coordinate Conference Bridge and conference room center.
  • Submit weekly conference room schedule to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain motor pool vehicle log.
  • Maintain word templates and assist employees with questions.
  • Maintain, update and design web page forms.
  • Update organizational charts and service directory for web page.
  • Educate customers about available services.
  • Support internal website and newsletter.
  • Consolidate technical guide paragraphs into contract specifications.

Your Experience:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a federal background check.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to apply a general knowledge of Federal government supply purchase programs.
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and use independent judgment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
