In addition to being a brand’s eCommerce Chief Growth Officer, we are their warehouse workers, customer service department, eCommerce consultants, and digital marketing experts. Whitebox handles everything from the factory door to the customer’s door, including shipping, returns, customer service, and eCommerce marketing.

Responsibilities:

Whitebox, a rapidly growing Baltimore based e-commerce startup, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to help with fulfilling customer orders for our clients. Primary functions for a Warehouse Associate include picking and packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy and checking in shipments.

Shifts available: 4-10 hour days

• Sunday -Wednesday
• Monday-Thursday
• Tuesday -Friday
• Wednesday-Saturday
• Sunday -Thursday-Nights (8 hours)

Basic Qualifications:

• Lifting and moving material up to 49 pounds each
• Bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Frequent walking in the building and around area; facilities are over a quarter mile in length
• Standing and walking for up to 10-12 hours a day
• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• You take ownership in your work and team and are available to work overtime during Whitebox’s peak holiday season and as needed year-round. In addition, you are flexible to work on any type of assigned shift (nights, weekends, etc.).

Salary- $16.00 per hour
