Looking for an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to work for an independently owned small animal hospital that provides canine and feline healthcare to our community. We provide concierge medicine in that we have one hour appointments in order to dedicate the time and resources needed in providing the best healthcare to our patients and providing educational information to their owners to help them make the best choices in caring for their pets. Our veterinarian is Elite Level Certified in Fear Free and constantly shares his knowledge with the team. We are looking for someone who has worked at least a year at the front desk of a veterinary hospital and truly loves the work. We are looking for a team player that would be available to help if needed when another team member may be out of the office due to sickness or an emergency. The position is part-time working the afternoon shift from 1:15-6:30+ three to four days a week. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 5:30. As you are aware, ability to multi-task with a smile is a must and loving to read about the life cycle of fleas and ticks for fun is definitely a plus! Long term employment history preferred.
