Truck Wash, Attendant Job at Warrenton Oil Group
Truck Wash Attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car and/or truck was facilities. Attendants are to consistently ensure all vehicles leaving the establishment are clean. They are expected to perform in such a manner as to increase the overall profitability of Warrenton Oil Company and its FastLane branches.
- Accurately make change for customers.
- Properly give refund to customers when equipment malfunctions.
- Properly clean and maintain car wash grounds, self-service bays, automatic bays, landscaping, store lots, vacuums, and dispensers
- Maintain truck bay and equipment room, including floors, trash, and recycling.
- Observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
- Assist Transportation division with changing tires, lube oil and filters, other small repairs as needed.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Job may require other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This job operates in a convenience store/truck stop/truck wash environment with heavy customer traffic. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and a consistently wet environment.
Physical Abilities
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
