Elite Investigations is seeking experienced Professionals with the following background - Law Enforcement, former Military Police, Peace Officers with active status and experienced Security Managers, with a proven track record to work in a Customer Service retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train and develop Security Officers assigned under your leadership.
• Ensure policies & procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Establishing a professional working relationship with different tiers of Store Leadership (Management / Supervision).
• Greet and screen guests, staff, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Implement excellent and dedicated customer service practices.
• Prepare incident reports, disciplinary reports and daily Tour Supervisor reports, via our software mobile application.
• Provide direction and assistance to store occupants during emergency incidents.

Requirements:

• Law Enforcement, Active Peace Officer, former Military Police or completion of local, state or federal police or peace officer academy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a professional image.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• NYS Security Guard License.
• Ability to develop and supervise Security team assigned to the Tour Supervisor.
• Flexible work schedules, including weekends
• Job Type: Full-time & Part Time positions available

Armed Rate: $28 per hour

Unarmed Rate: $25 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
