The Job Description: Supervisor needed for full time position at Tarrytown Pharmacy. We are an independent family-owned retail pharmacy with a large front end of home decor, candles, gift wrap, clothing, stationery, and specialty bath lines. The position will serve as the lead manager in the Front End department, hiring, scheduling, and managing keyholders and part time cashiers. Additionally, running a cash register, helping customers in the store, stocking merchandise, and managing the store both days and evenings and on rotating weekends. Forty hours/week - rarely more. Set Schedule.

Must have strong leadership personnel management skills and be able to maintain a positive, non toxic work environment. Skills include having a mentoring attitude, be personable, customer service oriented, self-starting, flexible, solution oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

The job does include working some nights and every fourth weekend. We offer full benefits, paid vacation, a 401k match, long term disability, and an excellent work environment.

You MUST have previous retail management sales experience.
