Job Overview
The Student Assistant, under general supervision, is responsible in assisting Drs. JoAnn DiGeorgio-Lutz and Katherine Echols with basic advising tasks and duties. The Assistant will also be expected to assist Mr. Blake Binford in scheduling, appointments, Google drive, and other basic clerical work. Student must be able to start right away, work at least 30 hours a week during the summer, and continue through the fall semester.
Roles And Responsibilities

Maintain MAST Google Drive

Assist with New Student Conferences and Sea Aggie Previews

Assist with website and social media

File and make copies

Basic advising duties as assigned

Other office details as assigned
General Qualifications

Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others

2.0 or above cumulative GPA

Strong organizational skills

Available to work 10-20 hours/week
