Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, planning, deploying, supporting, and administering systems. The System Administrator is also responsible for the implementation of appropriate tools to manage the Company's multi-site, 24x7 infrastructure. Participation on high-value projects and have a real opportunity to influence the direction of a highly successful company.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Provide IT systems administration in a primarily Microsoft Windows environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of Windows Server internals to include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
- Working as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).
- Understanding of data RAID, data backup uses and technologies. Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
- Architect, design, deploy, monitor, and support network infrastructure and services.
- Maintenance of Palo Alto Next Gen firewalls and provide operational support including CR execution, troubleshooting user issues, hardware migrations, familiarity with Panorama management console.
- Advanced routing protocol experience with BGP, eBGP, EIGRP and OSPF. Implement and manage IPAM, DNS, and DHCP services Evaluate the potential impacts of new network solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Experience with Windows (OS)
- Experience DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Backup and Recovery enterprise suites.
- Experience with PC and/or Server architectures and troubleshooting methods and be able to assist in developing solutions and documentation to a variety of technical problems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment.
- Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours, may require less than 10% some travel.
Qualifications We Value:
- In-depth working experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019.
- Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions.
- Experience with using Information Technology project lifecycle management processes.
- Experience with Azure AD
- Solid experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX virtual computing methods.
- Experience with Microsoft WSUS, MDT, Office 365.
- Experience and or education of Veeam Version 10 technologies, systems principles, and
- Basic Windows scripting.untant.
