We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team. We have an opening for a qualified and highly motivated Survey Party Chief in our Denver, CO office.

Job Description: Position available for an experienced PARTY CHIEF with 3+ years proven work record on CDOT projects. This position is a One-Person Survey Crew, which will work on projects in the Denver Front Range Area. The position will involve approximately 50% travel through the Western US. We are seeking a highly motivated and team oriented individual to manage and complete work on exciting projects. The candidate must be a self-starter, have tremendous dedication, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail. To be considered the candidate must possess the following experience and qualifications:

· Ability to perform as One-Person Crew.

· Proficient with TMOSS coding and CDOT Standards

· GPS and Robotic Total Stations and Data Collectors experience (Trimble a must).

· Independently operate Laptop with Microsoft software and Trimble Business Center.

· Ability to upload/download data collector files.

· Ability to perform control surveys, boundary, and topographical surveys.

· Land Development and Construction Staking experience is required

Position Requirements:

· Excellent driving record

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds

· Must be willing to travel 50% of the time (as needed)

· Must be willing to work overtime
