Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Support cross-functional partners to define multiple retail concepts and provide point of view on marketing efforts across the fleet. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or plan a marketing or advertising campaign. Determine seasonal and non-seasonal holistic marketing plans for retail concepts. Analyze and develop consumer experience touchpoints based on various concepts. Guide the identification and curation of online to offline journeys for consumers within the network with cross-functional partners. Distribute concept marketing frameworks that direct and standardize concept requirements. Develop meaningful and purposeful experiences within NIKE retail to elevate services, experience and proof of concept. Provide feedback to stores hosting physical or virtual NIKE events at retail. Track and assess budget/costs of programs with key stakeholders. Support the development of seasonal directives for Brand narrative and key stories for the geography. Drive the integrated CODE gates to deliver against key milestones. Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets.


Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 2 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Retail, digital, or brand marketing.
  • Alignment of teams to create cross-functional projects.
  • Content/campaign strategy development and creative briefing.
  • Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines;
  • Development of holistic, consumer led-marketing plans for stores; and
  • Data and insights analysis related to consumer journeys that will inform future briefs, plans and/or executions.

OR

No degree and 3 years of progressive work experience involving the following:

  • Retail, digital, or brand marketing.
  • Alignment of teams to create cross-functional projects.
  • Content/campaign strategy development and creative briefing.
  • Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines;
  • Development of holistic, consumer led-marketing plans for stores; and
  • Data and insights analysis related to consumer journeys that will inform future briefs, plans and/or executions.
