Store Manager- Tim Hortons Job at Miranda Holdings, Inc.
The General Manager is responsible for all operations of their store location. They are also responsible to develop plans to meet the store operational goals they have implemented and to supervise and facilitate appropriate training for all staff positions and store functions.
Essential Functions
1. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
2. Handling guest complaints and maintaining high standards for guest experience
3. Execution of training plans and performance goals for all supervisory and regular staff to meet all internal food safety and brand standards requirements
4. Ensure proper levels of all supplies / inventory needed for efficient operations
5. Address staff performance issues and work with human resources in development of improvement plans for all store staff
6. Creating and maintaining a safe work environment
7. Provides open communication with district supervisor, store owner and facilitates communication between store staff
8. Recruitment, hiring and development of staff
9. Maintain a budgets, achieve sales goals and performance targets for stores location
10. Preparation of reports and other analysis documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,341.00 per year
