Who We Are: Total Nurses Network is a supplemental nursing agency servicing the Midwest! We employ nurses and find them positions in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice and private duty. As a staffing agency the office is responsible for growing our talent pool of Nurses. Then pairing those Nurses to a variety of Clients we have partnered for either temporary, temp-perm, Contract or Private duty roles. This position must provide customer service to both our Field staff and Clients while working with a sense of urgency to achieve the goals of Total Nurses Network.

Salary: $17-19 an hour.

Shift:

• 8am-5pm- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 4pm-Midnight- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

Job Responsibilities:

Schedules appropriate Field staff (Nurses) to various client facilities.

• Answer calls from client's and staff in a pleasant professional demeanor.
• Call ALL current clients, inactive clients, & potential clients in addition to the field staff, to get availability and place them into a position with our clients.
• Coordinate confirmation and or Cancelations of Feild staff assignments.
• Receives and coordinates care services request.

Utilize our proprietary computer software to complete and document all activities.

• Documentation of ALL activities related to staffing.
• Keep all Client orders and employee information updated in our database.
• Maintain client confidentially.

Education and Experience: High school education or GED equivalent required some college experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
