Reports to: AVP, Marketing & Communications
Status: Full-time /Exempt
Summary of Role

Noble Capital Group is looking for a creative and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our visual brand. As our first Graphic Designer, you are excited about contributing to the company's evolving visual brand and creating digital assets across channels. Position Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all design projects for the marketing team, collaborating with other teams across projects as needed.
  • Design and create visually appealing graphics, logos, and marketing materials for digital platforms like websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines and create designs that align with those goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of design and marketing trends and marketing analytics.
  • Develop digital assets for our content channels.
  • Design data visualizations for ongoing research reports and other long-form content
  • Create slide deck presentations for virtual and in-person events.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of design assets and ensure they are easily accessible to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate across teams (including executive teams) on time-sensitive design iterations.
  • Maintain Noble's style guide across channels and assets.
Education and Experience
  • 4+ years of digital graphic design experience, including experience working with a marketing team
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Experience developing data visualizations, including complex graphs.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing slide decks, eBooks, social media visuals, and other content marketing assets
  • Comfort with building on an existing visual design library
  • Illustration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, such as SEO and email marketing
  • Experience working with/managing freelancers is a plus
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Video production skills a plus (Premiere Pro, Camtasia)
