JOB OPPORTUNITY
Our speech therapy clinic, Beyond Therapy Medical Group, is looking to hire a * Spanish speaking administrative assistant *to help around the office. Both part time and full time position available with flexible days and hours.
We are seeking an individual who can answer phones, confirm client appointments, request faxes from other doctor’s offices, track client’s authorization and request new ones when appropriate etc. Prior experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is personable, diligent, reliable and committed… But most importantly, someone who fits in with our work family — we are a very close knit group who enjoy hanging out at the office as well as outside of work.
Pay: $18-$22 per hour
Location: Office is located in Encino.
