Dominus Solar is a leading solar energy company. We are currently seeking solar sales specialists who are highly motivated. You will be responsible for canvassing door to door to engage new customers and set appointments for presentations on the benefits of solar energy. Our goal is to align our customers with solar energy solutions that best meet their individual needs, while adding value to their home.

This position is 1099/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and 100% DOOR TO DOOR!!!

Commission/Compensation:

Average commission: $3,000 per deal

1st Year Average Annual Rep Earnings: $125,000

2nd Year Average Annual Rep Earnings: $275,000

3rd Year Average Annual Rep Earnings: $350,000+

Responsibilities:

• Provide Information about our products and services.
• Build trust with clients.

What you'll need:

• At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
• A current, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• A cell phone (preferably a smartphone).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
• Positive and professional appearance and demeanor.

• Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff.
• A flexible schedule that allows for some evening and weekend appointments.
• A highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest work ethic.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
