We have a position opening for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This position will handle many different aspects of our social media presence, including the creation of content and posting on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and interacting with users. The ideal candidate will have a firm background in social media marketing and be passionate about helping people.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Break down portfolio of social media tasks into manageable tasks which are assigned to individual staff members.
- Delegating specific tasks to team members and track the completion of those tasks.
- Respond to customer feedback (positive and negative) in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring that team members adhere to deadlines.
- Monitoring analytics for campaigns.
- Providing feedback to administaration and department heads.
- Knowledge of analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A degree in Communication or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing or social media.
