THE PURPOSE:

The Site Merchandiser is to manage key aspects of the True Religion digital experience across ecommerce sites.

THE ROLE:

• Execute and review merchandise presentation on-site to ensure activation, attribution, categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site QA and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
• Utilize product catalog web application to build on-line category and product groupings directed by merchants and marketing initiatives.
• Ensures on-site merchandising efforts provide a seamless customer journey: Optimize customer experience, product discovery, and conversion.
• Salesforce knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory. Utilizing a CMS, can execute cross-sell and up-sell, search, and sorting opportunities on site.
• Create new campaigns and ensure timely and accurate implementation, including promotions and website content.
• Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, and trends.
• Act as liaison to resolve customer or merchandise-related issues for the third-party customer service team.
• Prepare weekly and daily reporting for the e-commerce management team to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation.
• Perform all other assigned duties.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years Demand ware/ Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience or similar e-commerce platform.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
• 3-5 years of experience in the retail field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
