Job Description:
We are hiring for a candidate to join our Service Team located in Pasco, WA and want someone that would like to stay with JRT and grow a career here. We're looking for somebody that is interested in a career in construction management and is eager to expand their knowledge in the plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades. Roles and duties includes:
- .Coordinate and strategize with Service Technicians on assignments
- Serve as a technical resource for the Service Technicians
- Manage project/work order close out documents
- Manage equipment procurement
- Procure materials
- Attend project meetings
- Permit application and tracking
- Manage document control including plans, spec, submittals, RFI, COR, ASI's, etc
- Meet with customers as necessary for sales and retention
- Assist in the field with the Technicians as needed (Rarely)
Required Skills:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Can create and manage spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience in working with the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades
