Job Description

We are currently in search of a Service Manager. Service Manager's play an integral role in supporting our company’s Mission, Values, and Safety/OSHA best practices.

Our Service Manager’s:

· Support customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction in ways that achieve targeted department goals, metrics, and best practices.

· Sustain a high level of employee performance and morale that results in a fulfilling and productive work environment.

· Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for helping customers with a can-do attitude exceeding our customer's expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Some key duties are, but not limited to, the following

• Effectively communicates with customers in a timely and consistent basis to produce positive results
• Processes internal and external customer requests for service
• Efficiently and effectively process repair orders
• Provides effective scheduling of service work and adjust as needed
• Executes effective marketing plans in coordination with other departments
• Manages, schedules and dispatches Delivery Driver
• Coaches and manages departmental staff daily to maximize productivity and morale
• Manages and schedules employee training

Recommended work experience:

3 years of Service Department Management preferred
