Server and Bartender Job at Maryland Golf and Country Clubs

We are looking for Servers, Bartenders and Server Assistants (Bussers)to join our Food & Beverage team! These positions will work very closely with our membership and their guests in order to make memorable dining experiences at the Club. Experience and Skills: Qualified Servers will have at least 1 year experience in a dining environment, county club experience is a distinct plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as strong memorization skills. Servers should also have a working knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine. Banquet experience is a plus. Qualified Server Assistants (Bussers) will have strong interpersonal and organization skills, a desire to work in a fast paced environment. Restaurant experience and/or country club experience is desirable. Banquet experience is a plus. Flexible hours.
