Senior Staff Accountant:

• Performing day-to-day tasks such as but not limited to, vendor payments and reconciliations, sales tax payments, reconciliations, fixed assets, and leases.
• Preparing month-end closing documents alongside the Accounting Manager as well as month-end journal entries in accordance with GAAP & internal controls.
• Working alongside the Controller in regards to long-term planning and annual budgeting.
• Ensure full confidentiality, the integrity of financial data and exhibit ethics
• Have an impact on the company by contributing to great culture, collaboration with peers and fostering leadership
• Ad-hoc work as requested from Senior Management

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• CPA is preferred
• Fixed Asset/Lease experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with NetSuite or other accounting software is preferred
• Attention to detail
