What you’ll do all day:

• Build, develop and maintain custom data solutions, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
• Deliver reports while innovating on new ways to access information and methods for analyzing data
• Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts across the organization to facilitate efficiency, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for process improvement
• Identify process improvements to reduce process times, improve data quality, implement best practices, and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions
• Design, develop, and validate SQL queries for completeness and accuracy
• Document, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain dashboards in production
• Continuously gain a deeper understanding of the data to understand downstream effects
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences and gaps to be filled

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or related
• Strong SQL skills
• 1+ years of experience with Looker
• Experience creating dashboards and charts with data visualization software such as Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Previous experience translating data trends into meaningful business insights
• Basic Python skills (pandas, numpy) (preferred)
• Building APIs (preferred)
