About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scanning Operator to support our manufacturing teams in our Medical Products Division. The standard work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.

Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities:
  • Scan files
  • Key information into our scanning system(MDIS)
  • Assemble/prep files for scanning
  • Shred files
  • Recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
  • Be energized by working for a world class company and collaborating on cross functional teams
  • Be passionate about entering and maintaining accurate data

Required Qualifications:

  • Superior accuracy in following written instructions
  • Must be self-directed and motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence teammates
  • Ability to make detailed and accurate observations
  • Ability to set priorities and flexibility to move to other areas
  • Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed by the business

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
