Valiant is a small substance abuse treatment center in Punta Gorda Florida, offering detox, inpatient and out patient services. We are a Christian owned company, following Christ based principles with integrated faith based recovery options.

This salaried position is unique in that it requires the ideal candidate to be available to answer incoming client calls 7 days a week, yet at the same time offers a lot of freedom and flexibility in working around those calls. Individual is required to be onsite for approximately 20 of their working hours performing intakes, and other administrative duties. (Current incoming calls currently accumulates to less then 20 hrs per week)

Sales:

• Generate and answer calls, sell potential clients on our services.
• Generate sales through networking.
• Initiates and attends networking and community development events.
• Followup with inquiring clients / families and past clients.
• Have a Strong understanding insurance requirement.
• Perform insurance verifications.
• Effectively communicate required cost, deductibles, copayment, and private pay.
• Refer clients to other program when they are unable to meet our admission requirements.

Intake coordinator:

• Answer incoming calls generated from marketing resources.
• Pre screen, admission assessments and insurance verifications.
• Enter and complete forms in CRM and EMR.
• Schedule and Complete onsite intakes
• Assists with Client paperwork, issuing deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Clients, families, staff, and community network for best client outcomes.

Human resources: (minimal required hours)

• Assist with Scheduling of staff
• Assists with hiring and training of staff
• Processes required employee paperwork and filing
• Manages staff training logs, to insure all training is completed on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $54,000.00 per year
