Superior is an established commercial contracting company that has completed some of the most significant storm restoration projects in the SE. Superior has expanded its services to include residential storm restoration. You will work directly with the CEO developing this new division from the ground floor.

The company is looking for a sales recruiter/coordinator to help our office mobilize and assist a large effective sales team.
DO YOU QUALIFY?
· Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
· Must have past experience placing ads, recruiting, conducting face to face interviews, and building a sales team!
· This position will be assisting, managing, or providing strong administrative support to a sales team.
· Past sales and/or sales experience, or admin. background in construction or trades is highly desired.
· Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
· Must be a Fire Starter with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
· Must be familiar with all office and computer systems, and have the ability to generate a weekly sales pipeline report with 100% accuracy.
· After 90 - day review, there are bonuses for based on the performance of the salespeople your recruit, help train and re-train!
· Potential to move up in the company to a Sales Processor Position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
