Gianni Deloro Manufacturing has been a mass producer of fine gold jewelry products for more than 40 years. We have sold to major retailers & wholesalers for over four decades and have now made our beautiful pieces available direct to customers in our brick & mortar retail location for the past decade. Our multi-faceted business model allows us to wear many hats as we work directly with the public, retail & wholesalers, as well as private label brands.

We are seeking a passionate, ambitious person who is looking to learn & grow with our company. You MUST be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and very good at multi-tasking.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a MUST.
• Process, Intake, and Facilitate Customer Repairs
• Professionally communicate and connect with a diverse group of people.
• Create a welcoming shopping experience over the phone, in-person or by email.
• Correctly process wholesale, retail & custom orders
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and educating the customer on the value and quality of our products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry industry
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential as our industry is always evolving.
• Quick thinking, the ability to switch tasks at a moment’s notice is vital to succeeding in this role.
• Must have a good memory and be able to keep track of multiple projects at any given time.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications, and must have experience working with Microsoft Office required (Excel/Outlook) & Gmail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST; Must be fluent in English. Additional Languages are a plus!
• MUST be detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and organized.
• Compassionate, patient, and energetic. Resourceful, self-managed, and detail-oriented are all qualities that are needed for this role.
• Possess high emotional intelligence with the ability to self-manage.
• Jewelry passion is a must, Jewelry knowledge and GIA training are preferred, but not required.
