This is a no- cold calling position. Our Account Managers get all the leads they could possibly want.

To help continue our growth, we’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to sell to people that want to start or expand a custom t-shirt, embroidery or promotional products business. You will learn to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Call call leads provided by the company.
  • Prospect for their own leads through business channels and research.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and product managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Nurture leads with follow ups, calls-to-action, complete profile information, identifying needs, and so on.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Assist in identifying pricing needs of clients and working with management to ensure increases sales and maintaining profitability.
  • Where necessary, support marketing which may or may not include tradeshows, webinars, open houses, product demonstration videos and other events.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Investigate competition prices, brands, reputations and information.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

Skills

  • Proficient with Windows bases software, website software, and email.
  • 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales, telesales and/or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining a sales quota.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Self motivated to succeed and driven by quotas and goals.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with a CRM (Client Relationship Management) Software
  • Excellent writing skills and working with blogs, forums and online interaction
  • Social Media experience in a business environment
