RN, Registered Nurse - Hospital at Home Clinical Team Lead

The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for the clinical operations of the team(s) within the hospital that provide virtual care by maintaining evidence based standards of care in relation to clinical outcomes, procedures and practices. The Clinical Team leader assists/ supports the leadership team in managing the clinical services in accordance with federal, state, accreditation and organizational guidelines. He/She assures the mission, vision, values, goals and policies of Beebe Healthcare are adheredto. The clinical team leader will work in partnership with and under the direction of the Hospital at home adminstration. The Clinical Team Leader will also fill a support role and serve as back up to various office/leadership staff. Requirments:

• 3 to 5 years nursing Experience
• Current licensed to practice in the State of Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Assist, develop recommend, implement, evaluate and interpret policies and procedures relevant to the provision on health services and monitoring on compliance
• Plan, direct and participate in the delivery of professional services through orientation, training and evaluation of the clinical staff
• Plan , direct and supervise a caseload of the clinical team ensuring adequate staffing to meet the patient's care needs
• Provide/ facilitate the coordination of patient care with members of the clinical team
• Monitor productivity levels of the clinical members
• Identify training needs of the clinical team and assist with the development and implementation of clinical training programs
• Address concerns, communicates regularly and effectively with the staff through verbal / written modalities to include group and individual meetings
• Works collaboratively with team members, other departments, the corporate office in furthering the goals and objectives of the organization and other duties as assigned by the agency

Credentials - Essential:

• RN - Registered Nurse
• BLS - Basic Life Saving certification

Competencies and Skill - Essential:

• Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting
• Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
• Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
• Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
• Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
• Proof Of Current/Valid Car Insurance
• Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records
• Valid DL With No More Than 3 Moving Violations

Education - Essential:

• RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
