Ashley House NW, a non-profit organization founded in 1989, offers a variety of highly skilled services; respite care, short/long term care and transition from hospital to home. Compassionate staff provide the best care for very deserving and inspiring kids, teens, and young adults at our four pediatric group homes and our one young adult home. Our team of professionals are trained to care for medically fragile clients with complex medical conditions around the clock using a holistic approach.

LOCATION:
There are 2 House Manager opportunities. This position is based at either our Browns Point Pediatric Home OR Edgewood young adult home, but work is carried out in locations throughout the Puget Sound. Administrative work may be completed at our Headquarters office in Federal Way.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Nursing Manager, known internally as House Manager, functions as an integral member of the Clinical Team, centrally focused on leading and supporting clinical staff and maintaining quality and continuity of care at Ashley House’s Edgewood young adult home OR Browns Point Pediatric group home for medically fragile clients. The incumbent provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to healthcare staff working within the Home.
REQUIREMENTS NOT LIMITED TO:
- A Registered Nurse with a current Washington State licensure (RN with a BSN preferred)
- Three years of clinical experience, preferably home health, pediatrics, and/or young adults
- Participating in the rotating clinical on-call responsibilities at our five residential group homes as a Registered Nurse, that includes both pediatrics and young adults.
