Shift Manager/Key Holder at Ace Hardware, 211 W. Cottage Grove Rd
No late nights! We close at 7pm weekdays, and 5pm weekends
We have a part time role available with a flexible schedule. If you can work a minimum of 20hrs/wk, you would be eligible for profit sharing!
Responsibilities:
- Drives store sales
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in managing total store operations
- Assure front end is providing customers with quick friendly service
- Build and fill displays
- Assist in keeping backroom neat and up to best practice standards
- Assist in handling all associate & customer issues
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by all Associates.
- Opening and Closing the store
- Cash handling
- Other duties as assigned
