A Selling Associate is a values-based team member that delivers excellent customer experiences to grow top-line sales. A Selling Associate exemplifies respecting others, demonstrating our selling model, as well as executing our back room and product availability initiatives to standard.
Selling Associates may be scheduled in different areas of the store and during different times of the day to perform specific tasks.
For example:
- Selling Associates on the sales floor, drive sales by engaging directly with Customers, showing them our latest offerings and providing them with exceptional Customer service
- Selling Associates zoned at the cash wrap are responsible for ensuring Customers have a fast, friendly and efficient cash wrap experience
- Selling Associates scheduled to processing, execute shipment processing, replenish and recover product on the floor to ensure product is available for the Customer
- Selling Associates scheduled to floorset activities, execute floorset direction to deliver visually compelling presentations for the Customer
