• Design, create, and implement automated reports and associated processes.
• Develop reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
• Customize existing ERP system reports.
• Design, implement, maintain, and support SSRS reports.
• Develop data models from multiple sources.
• Implement automated flows based on business logic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience SQL query development
• Experience in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate
• Demonstrated experience with SSRS report development and publishing
• Skilled with Microsoft 365 - particularly Excel pivot tables, queries, and utilization of outside data sources
• Experience with CRM/ERP applications specifically Microsoft Dynamics SL
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports
• Understanding of financial reporting requirements
• Keen attention to detail – must be able to ensure accurate reporting results and logical flows of business processes
• Communication skills - need to be able to communicate effectively with project managers to gather requirements
• Critical/logical thinking – must be able to identify and suggest opportunities for automation based on business needs
• Excellent written communication – concise and accurate written documentation is essential including the ability to document processes and procedures for end-users
• Organizational skills – needed to keep track of development process, testing plans and results, documentation, and recommendations.
