Remote Intake Specialist (Nights & Weekends) Job at Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff
Intake Specialists are fully trained in process of screening calls for potential personal injury cases and providing pertinent information regarding the case. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing potential clients with exceptional customer service and demonstrate a willingness to learn. This position provides opportunities for growth and advancement.
Daily responsibilities for this position include:
- Answer new case calls and inquiries to determine if it is a potential personal injury case
- Use a template to detail important information about the potential case to provide to fellow staff members
- Obtain any additional case information necessary after first contact
- Assist and answer questions from callers
Desired Skills and Experience
The following are preferred, but not required:
- A./A.S. degree or higher
- Prior experience working in a call center
- Prior experience working in a client intake or customer service role
- Familiarity with case and document management software
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Personal Injury
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
